I met Byron, first at MHS and then did continuing work with him at Anaheim Regional Medical Center. There isn't a more caring, committed individual who wanted everyone to be happy and successful. He was a great teacher and leader. He will be greatly missed.

I met Byron in 1970 when he was the director of Drug Information Serices (DIS) It was such a privledge to be his assistant. To quote Corrie ten Boom, "The measure of a life is not its duration but its donation." Byron, a good and faithful servant a job well done, enter into the joys of your Lord. Matt 25:23. Byron was my preceptor when we first met and we became colleagues and friends for more than thirty years. I will miss him deeply and remember him fondly. He shaped my career in many ways.

I worked w Byron for about 10 years beginning in 1993, when he was the Director of Pharmacy. He has always been such a caring person and a remarkable teacher and leader. As his career advanced, he maintained such a sense of balance and accessibility. He was a real visionary in his professional world, and no doubt in his personal one as well. What he left behind, no one can take away. God Bless Byron and those who have loved him. Karen Widerysnki

We have been privileged to have known and worked with Byron for some 15 years through Memorial Medical Center / MHS and later through his work with the Chamber. He has always been a quality and dedicated man and will be missed. (John Hancock)

Kathy, Tracie and Robin,
I have many fond memories of Byron working with him at Long Beach Memorial and being able to spend time with him and your family outside of work. My thoughts are with you all and I am so sorry for your loss.

I've known Byron through his sister, Carmen, for 35 years. I knew him as a brother to Carmen and uncle to Lara and Bruce--but not so much as the professional career man. I'm now very aware how much his life made a difference in those people whose lives he touched professionally. My thoughts are with his family ... particularly his mom and dad.

MY condolences to the family and praying for God's healing for you all during this time. I worked with Byron while a member of the Long each Chamber BOD and Byron always had a open mind and heart for small business people and the challenges they face on a daily basis. He will be missed but never forgotten by those who lives he touched. Rip Byron

I consider it a privilege to have worked with such a dedicated professional, talented leader, and caring, compassionate gentleman. He will be greatly missed. My condolences to his family and close friends.

I had the privilege and honor of working with Byron for several years at Long Beach Memorial. He was dedicated and professional, yet always willing to listen to a concern or help with a problem. I am very sorry for your loss.

What a lovely man to have worked with. Others can learn from his legacy as to how to be a co-worker, supervisor, and executive with class and compassion.
