Tom Dean was an inaspiration to me throughout our twenty years of association while I was employed by the Forty Niner Shops at CSULB. Tom was chair of the board of directors for many of those years and proved to be a wonderful mentor. I was his jogginng companion for our early morning runs around the campus. He could run like a deer. What a privilege it has been to have known and loved this outstandinhg individual.
