Joe Carrasco Obituary

Carrasco, Joe Andrew

Joe Andrew Carrasco was born April 3, 1962 passed away Monday January 27th. He is survived by his parents Joe and Eva Carrasco of Whittier (formerly of Visalia California), his sisters Marina, Gerry and Lorilie, and the brothers-in-law that he loved so much, Joerg, Gary, and Joe. He leaves behind his beloved nieces and nephews, Marina, Zachary, Alexander, Miranda, Evan, Austin, Francesca and Joey.

Joe loved his family and friends. His favorite saying was "Family First" his second was "Don't get my sisters mad!". He showed his unconditional love for his family everyday. He was so well loved that he became "Nino" to many of
children born to his family and friends. He loved family gatherings, baking, golfing, Western movies and his many animals, especially his dog Chipa. He loved the Rams and the Dodgers.

We will miss his beautiful laugh and bear hugs and his famous pineapple upside-down cakes. Those of us lucky enough to know him knew that he was a very special person.

His services will be held at St. Bruno's Catholic Church 15740 Citrustree Rd. Whittier California (562) 947-5637
Rosary Thursday Evening February 6th at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass Friday Morning February 7th at 10:00 am

Humanity was very important to my loving cousin Joe who in our eyes shined so brightly and it was Joe who once helped us all to be compassionate. God please show compassion towards your child. Matthew 5:16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven. Love You Forever, Your cousin Dee Dee Gomez Stie, & The Stie Family, Allan & Justin Stie
