I will always love you. My heart is broken without you.

I had the privilege of working with Pamela as the Preservation Landscape Architect during the late 1980s, early 90s while preparing a master plan for the gardens and site. Pamela was an extraordinary woman who skillfully and patiently lead our team to fulfilling a vision for restoration of this most significant rancho. I credit her stalwart patience and skill in negotiating with the City of Long Beach and surrounding neighbors to create what RLA is today.
Her skillful leadership and extraordinary vision for the Rancho and its role as a preeminent treasure for Long Beach will be greatly missed.
