To all of Dickies family, you are in my prayers. I am Dicks cousin from Ohio. My mother was Flossie Dowell, Franks sister. Aunt Delores called me yesterday with the sad news. I know God will help all of you get through this time of need. I am so sorry for your loss. Peggy and June.
