She was such a nice staff member at Gompers Middle and Elementary School. I was a student there and everyone loved her. I just found out she died and I'm genuinely sad upon this discovery. I hope she is in heaven and rejoicing with God. May God bless her kind soul.

So sorry to hear about Mrs. Berry's passing. I had several of her children in my class at Gompers School. She was always very supportive of all the teachers and a surrogate mother to the children under her playground supervision. I'm sure she will be sorely missed be her family and friends.

My mom was the most beautiful, selfless, empathetic person I've ever met. Everyone she met in life she always left a positive impact, and spread so much joy just by walking into a room. I'll greatly miss her smile, her laugh and most of all her caring heart and listening ears. Love you forever Mom

I am saddened to hear about Mrs Berry. I was the former school nurse at Gompers until 2018. She always had a smile and a kind word. The students were fond of her and I was too. May she rest in peace.

Susan was a kind hearted person who touched the lives of many. She was always positive no matter how dire a situation might be. Life dealt her a lot of sorrow in life, however, her faith sustained her.
