Mr. Avallone was a highly intelligent gentleman and a credit to his profession, but more importantly, he was a good man and a good Christian. I will miss him.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss Mary. I didn't know Tony well, but he was always a very pleasant and humorous person whenever I ran into him and quick to share a story, I'm sure he'll be missed by his family and friends.

My condolences to the Avallone family. Mr. Avallone was an awesome selfless and generous man. My parents held him in highest confidence and esteem as their attorney and a fellow parishioner. And my brothers were forever grateful that he trusted them to assist in building one of his homes. And I for one will never forget the only true Pizza Parlor experience in Las Cruces - Luigi s ! I will always value the friendship extended by his sons Frank, Tony, & Michael. Rest In Peace Tony Sr.

Mary, May you and your family find comfort in knowing that your dad was a caring, giving man that shared the Word of our Lord Jesus Christ with everyone he met and that he is resting in Gods Heavenly Kingdom. I will remember him fondly.

I passed by Mr. Avollone's old office this past week and explained to my son who Mr Avollone was and what a prominent and fantastic individual he was. I was not aware of Mr Avollone's passing at the time. I immediately wondered how he was doing. I first met this wonderful individual in the mid '70's. He helped my family with legal issues. I later had the pleasure of speaking with him at different intervals when I worked with the County. A great icon from our community has passed and, I send my sincere condolences to his family. RIP
