Bobbie Renolds

Bobbie Reynolds, 78, of Silver City, New Mexico, entered eternal rest on Feb. 8, 2016. She was born in Bisbee, Arizona, on Aug. 16, 1936, to Douglas and Bertha Sanders. She was employed as a medical director for various hospitals in Albuquerque, Truth or Consequences and Silver City. Most of her career was spent at Hillcrest General Hospital and Gila Regional Medical Center. She very much enjoyed the people and the work associated with her career. She developed lifelong friendships both at Hillcrest and Gila Regional Medical Center. She enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with her companion dog, Macho. She was looking forward to being with him, running through the mountains. She enjoyed Native American art. She was a tenacious, independent and a selfless woman when it came to her family. She is survived by her children, Cindi Waters, Stephen Michael Reynolds and Ed Reynolds; her sister and brother-in-law, Florence and Buddy O'Leary, of San Diego, California; her nephew Danny O'Leary, also of San Diego; and by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by both her parents, stepfather, Al Hardt; son-in-law, Ronnie Waters; nephew Doug O'Leary and grandchild, Shane Reynolds. She was loved and will be dearly missed by all. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Cremation will take place at Terrazas Crematory.
