He was my inspiration. When I was having a bad day all I had to do was to think of my cousin Neil and everything he went through on a daily basis. It made my problems seem so minuscule. I loved him as a brother and will miss him dearly.

Your smile lit up a room. Your sense of humor keeped me in stiches every time you, Dee and I were together. Your heart and soul was bigger than life. You were by far, the most humble, genuine gentleman I ever had the honor to know. If the world could live life through your eyes, the world would live in harmony. Your love, devotion and dedication for Our Lord shined right through you with radiance, like a Shining Star bright and beautiful. That is the way I will always remember you, a STAR that lives on in Heaven in all your Glory. Dee my heart and prayers are with you today and always.

Dear Dee and family, Mr. Gibbs will not be forgotten as I and others will remember him being so enthusiastic with life, always looking for the greatness in every story, and the way he cared for so many. It was obvious he loved his wife and family so very much, and that they were everything for him. It was great to to have met him and learn from him. I will cherish the memories. Thank you for coming into our lives. Love you, Cindy Olivas and family.

Neil was a very bright candle who showed me what faith in God should act like.
