Isabelle Cummings Obituary

Isabelle W. Cummings, 83, passed away July 15, 2014, in Lubbock , Texas. A funeral service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Lordsburg on July 19, 2014, at 11 a.m. Mrs. Cummings will lie in state from 10 to 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery. She was born and raised in New Mexico, and had a deep love for the Southwest. Her loving heart and open arms were always extended to family and friends. Mrs. Cummings had six children, James (deceased), Susan, Robert (deceased), Carolyn, Eileen and Steven. She leaves behind 15 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Grandma Belle there are so many feelings and emotions that are running through my mind. I have prayed for you to be at peace and rest. I know that you will be at peace in such a great place. I'm sorry we can't be there to say a goodbye face to face but I know that you can hear my prayers. Give our dad a huge hug and kiss. Until we meet again rest in peace. To all the family I pray for strength for all of you during this time. Losing someone great from your life is hard and having that unity to get through it is so amazing.
