John Dotzler Obituary
He is survived by his wife and best friend of twenty-years, Alicia Cardenas; his son, Brian Dotzler (Susan); a daughter, Susannah Rabourn (Ken); stepson, Francisco Martin (Rose); stepdaughter, Jessica Vasquez; two brothers, Robert and Frankie Dotzler and sister, Kathy Garry. Other survivors include ten grandchildren, Rachel, Joshua, Jake, Kimberly, Samantha, Isabella, Jasmine, Zoe, Emma and Javier. John was preceded in death by his parents, John T. and Agnes Margaret Dotzler; his brother, Jimmy Dotzler and sister, Pauline Flynn.
Calling hours for Mr. Dotzler will be from 9 AM to 11 AM Friday, March 6, 2020 at Baca's Funeral Chapel, 300 E. Boutz Road. A Graveside Service will follow at 11:30 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 5140 W. Picacho Avenue where he will be laid to rest in the family plot.
Serving as casket bearers will be Brian and Joshua Dotzler, Robert Diaz, James and Patrick Cardenas, and Javier Vasquez.

We mourn the loss of of our Brother-in-Law who was so loved by our family. He was a very special person with such a good heart. He always was and always will be our Brother-in-Law and we are so happy that he had the chance to find love. He touched many people with his gentle soul. He will be missed. Thank you for being the best dad and grandfather in the world. Ever!!! I want to say that I have never known what it was like to be loved and have a bond as a father and daughter until you became a part of my life...I am so blessed to have experience that with a great man... Thank you for always being there for for me and my kids especially for my kids. Dad you are Javier's Bestest Friend he could go to you about everything....you were the real true link to Jasmine (YOUNEEKTRULUV) you were here Panpa Honeybuns. We love you and were gonna miss you so much Daddy.. YOUR WINGS WERE READY BUT OUR HEARTS WEREN'T.. Joaquin enjoyed the time he got with you too
