Condolences to the Carrejo Family! Nestor was a fine, caring, individual. His honesty and integrity and reputation in business will always follow him. As we traveled up and down I25, my Dad and the rest of our family planned our gas stops at Ernest and Nestor's to visit with the guys for their great conversation, service, and friendliness. God Speed to rest in peace, Nester.

I loved my uncle Nestor so much, I saw him at uncle Lee's funeral and he called what he always did back in the day. "LA Washingtona" Nestor and Benjie would tease me to no end. I am so sorry for your loss, husband, father, grandfather, uncle brother. Rip

Ms. Carrejo,

I was sadden to read your husband's obituary this evening. I always enjoyed filling my car with gas so I could chat with your husband when he owned the Chevron station at the south end of T or C so many year ago.

Ironically I was thinking of your husband today (before I learned of his death) as I do on every day before Lent because he always told me that he totally fasted on Wednesdays and Fridays during Lent.

I certainly did not know your husband extremely well, but he was a proud family man and a great Catholic who I always admired.

God bless you and your family in these coming days until you see your husband again.

Very respectfully,

Mark Filosa
