Patsy Guerrero Obituary
Phoenix - Our beloved, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and dear friend, PATSY "SHORTY" G. GUERRERO, age 47, entered eternal life on Friday, March 5, 2021 at her home in Phoenix, AZ. She was born October 29, 1973 in Las Cruces to Henry Garcia and Pabla "Polly" Jaime Garcia. "Shorty" as she was fondly known to family and friends has lived in Phoenix for over twenty-three years where she was a loving mother, homemaker and a member of St. Jude Catholic Church.
Those left to mourn her passing include her loving son, Ruben Angel Guerrero Jr., of Phoenix, AZ., her parents, Henry and Polly Garcia; brother, Henry Garcia; three sisters, Lisa Garcia (Gerald) and Chris Garcia all of Las Cruces and Hilda Carbajal (Tony) of Phoenix, AZ. Other survivors include eight nieces and nephews, Chrystal, Mikey, Amber, Delilah, Sonny, Henry Damian, Unique, Lonnie Ray, Adonica, Alyssa and Robert; six great-nieces and great-nephews, Benjamin, Mia, Kaiden, Carter, Ada, and Awnna "Sugar". Patsy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ruben Angel Guerrero in 2002.
Visitation for Patsy will begin at 10 AM Friday, April 9, 2021 at the Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe, 3600 Parroquia Street in Tortugas with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 10:30 AM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated immediately thereafter with the Reverend Valentine Jankowski Celebrant. The Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery where she will be laid to rest alongside her husband.
Serving as casket bearers will be Henry, Chris and Henry Damian Garcia, Mikey Ortega, Delilah Marie Ramos, Sonny Baldonado, and Gerald Hernandez.

My dearest friend Hilda
I can't even put into words what I feel and what I want to tell you.
Its never easy losing some you love especially when you were so close. My heart hurts for the loss of your sister Patsy, my heart hurts because you hurt my friend. Don't forget my friend that I'm always a phone call away.

My dearest Patsy....These days are never easy for any of us. Its unbelievable your gone. I am so lost for words right now, and full of sadness and tears. Dance with the angels my friend. May your cherish gods glory until we meet again. You will always be missed and thought of.

Oh my Auntie! I love you with all my heart! As I wrote this it is so hard to believe that you are really gone! I know you are happy with Uncle Ruben. But sad that you left Angel!! I will cherish all the memories we had from first day of high school to the last time we had a beer. My favorite memories are watching you be the best Auntie to Awnna! I don’t know if you ever knew how thankful I was to have you watch Awnna while I work. She loved you just as much as I did if not more!! Auntie you where there for me through brake up and makes ups. Oh I just love you so freaking much!!
From Awnna: I am so sad that this happened! I will never be able to hear your voice, see you or give you a huge! I love you and miss you so much Auntie!
