Dave will be sadly missed. He had alot of friends no matter where he was or worked. Everyone at Interstate liked working with him. Kenny will sure miss his buddy. Kristy you are in my thoughts and prayers. He is somewhere where he is not in pain I know its hard to think that right now.

Lynda and family. The girls and Bill and I share your sorrow. It has been a long and painful journey for David. He will be in a better place. I can't imagine the pain you are feeling. Know we care and have been following his journey, Stay strong as you have been and know how much he loved you.
