Douglas A. Boyer

LEBANON Douglas A. "Doug" Boyer, 64, died on Wednesday, December 15, 2010, at his home. He was born on Saturday, August 17, 1946, to Carl Boyer and Arlene H. Boyer nee Herr in Rexmont. He was a member of Cornwall United Methodist Church. He worked as a masonry contractor. He was a veteran of the Marine Corps in the Vietnam Conflict. He enjoyed camping and his family. He also was on a mission trip to Africa. Doug was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan. Surviving are sons, Mark A., spouse of Tracy Boyer of Lebanon, Andrew D. Boyer of Lebanon, and Timothy S. Boyer of Lebanon; grandchildren, Becky Weigley and Emily K. Boyer; brothers, Ed, spouse of Linda Boyer, and Jim, spouse of Pat Boyer; and sister, Barb Bennetch. He was preceded in death by wife, Kathleen Boyer. Viewing will be on Monday, December 20, 2010, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland St., Lebanon. Memorial services will be on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Cornwall United Methodist Church, Cornwall.
