I will always remember Joyce as a happy and friendly lady. I worked with her when she was the tax collector at South Lebanon. She was always sharing craft ideas and patterns with me. A few times a year we would get together for lunch and the laughs we shared always brightened my day. Joyce was one of the happiest and friendliest people I ever met. I will cherish her friendship forever. I hope you find comfort in knowing Joyce is in a beautiful and peaceful place in heaven. May God be with you.
