Martha M. Resovsky, 84, passed away in Spang Crest Manor, on Friday, June 23, 2017. She was born on May 27, 1933 in Lebanon, a daughter of the late Christian and Beatrice Buffenmeyer Smith. Martha was the wife of Cyril T. Resovsky who passed away August 13, 1978. Mrs. Resovsky retired from Annville Twp. Hall as an Accounting Clerk in 1998. She enjoyed traveling and went to all 50 States. She was a member of Card Clubs and loved the game of Pinochle. She was a member of St. Luke's U.M. Church, Lebanon. Surviving is her son, Randall T. Resovsky of Lebanon; sister, Fannie, wife of Joseph Hoke, Lebanon; several nieces and nephews. Martha was predeceased by her sister, Arlene Smith; and brother, Christian Smith.
A funeral service will be held in the Rohland Funeral Home Inc. 508 Cumberland St, Lebanon, on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 10 a.m. with a viewing from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Lebanon. Contributions may be made in Martha's memory to the Maple Street Senior Community Center, 710 Maple St., Lebanon, PA, 17042, St. Luke's U.M.C. 2327 Lehman St, Lebanon, PA, 17046 or American Cancer Society Lebanon County Unit, 855 Tuck St, Lebanon, PA, 17042.

Lillian and I will always have good memories of our years knowing Martha. WE had good times taking bus trips,having lunch together, playing games, laughing, eating desserts, and volunteering at the Senior Center of Lebanon. WE will never forget.

I am so grateful for my Aunt Martha. I remember her as a fun person, a caring person and one who took life's challenges and moved on to enjoy each day she had. Her adventures are a model of reaching out for experiences despite hardships. I remember dancing at her wedding, eating mounds of food prepared at the drop of a hat, running in a backyard, staying in her home when traveling and always a remembrance at Christmas.
