Shawn Felty Obituary

Shawn A. Felty ALEXANDRIA, VA Shawn Anthony Felty, 39, died on Sunday, December 13, 2009, of colon cancer. He is survived by his mother, Christine Felty; two uncles, Jack and Jim Frazier; one aunt, Jeanne Wolf and her husband, Paul; cousins, Dwayne Frazier, Patrick and Joseph Wolf, and Paula Allwein; and several half siblings. Friends may call at the Demaine Funeral Home, 520 S. Washington St., Alexandria, VA 22314, where the family will be present on Monday, December 21, from 3 to 5 p.m., with the funeral service to begin at 5 p.m.

Mrs. Felty,

It was an honor to have known Shawn. He fought with such dignity and grace. He was an inspiration to all of us that knew him.

We have lost a dear friend and a brother, but you have lost a son. I deeply sorry for your loss.
