Dolores Sherman Obituary
Born June 4, 1931, in Ashland, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Lauretta Eby.
She was first married to David H. Crawford and then to Joe F. Sherman. Both of her husbands preceded her in death.
Dolores worked as a Registered Nurse for Brookville Hospital.
She attended the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Brookville.
She is survived by two children, Robert Crawford of New Bethlehem and Wendy Cherby of Mayport; three grandchildren, Todd Crawford, J.D. Cherby and Tony Cherby; and two great-grandchildren.
There will be no services.
Arrangements are at the direction of the Alcorn Funeral Home in Hawthorn.

I have fond memories of Dolores. She was always kind to our family and a good friend to my Aunt Norma. I remember her rose garden and all the happy times we spent on the farm that she made possible.

I worked with Dee for many years. She was a special soul that was full of grace. Her kindness was shown to all that crossed her path. May she rest in peace.

So sad to see Dee´s passing . I worked with her at the hospital. But more than that She cared for my Mom , June Bailey throughout her lengthy illness in the 70´s. She did it with competence, love and respect. her kindness has never been forgotten. Rest in peace my friend. Shari Bailey Miller
