Sharon Ruth (Sanders) Miller Lake Mills, WI -

Sharon Ruth Miller passed away on July 30 at her home in Lake Mills. She died with her husband of 66 years and daughter at her side. Sharon was very proud of her Kansas City and Irish heritage. Sharon was born on January 3, 1941, to Vincent and Eileen Sanders in Kansas City, Kansas. She attended Sacred Heart Grade School and Bishop Ward High School in Kansas City, Kansas. On August 15, 1959, she married a handsome sailor, Gerald Miller Sr, from Lake Mills in Kansas City, Kansas. As a Navy wife, Sharon traveled throughout the USA along with her growing family, born in Texas, Missouri, and Oregon. Sharon is preceded in her death by her parents, Vincent and Eileen, two sons, Gerald Jr and Martin, and her sisters Geraldine, Norma, and brother John. Sharon is survived by her husband, Gerald of Lake Mills, daughter Julie (Jeff) Kube of Watertown, two grandchildren, Vincent (Megan) Sun Prairie and Miranda Kube of Watertown, two great-grandchildren, Samuel and Charlotte Kube of Sun Prairie, and Brother Michael of Kansas City. A private family service will be held. If desired, memorials should be sent to Rainbow Hospice, Johnson Creek, and/or the Jefferson County Humane Society
