Curtis Prindiville Obituary

Curtis Prindiville

A heart of gold stopped beating, Working hands at rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best, Leaves and flowers may wither, The golden sun may set, But the hearts that loved you dearly, are the ones that won't forget. -unknown

Curtis D. Prindiville was born June 10th, 1968, in Tigerton WI. Being Native American is something he always took pride in from the early years of life to the very last. Adopted by Johanna Prindiville & (Gerald Prindiville); sisters: Laura (Kirk) Prindiville-Brand and Julie Prindiville; nephews Seamus and Graham Prindiville-Branch from Green Bay WI.

Spending most of his childhood growing up in Green Bay and then moving to Eau Claire Wisconsin to reunite with his birth family. After meeting his Best Friend Penny (Daniel) Walker-Brewer (Even if the three of them didn't Prendiville realize it at first). Penny and Curtis had two children together, Sean Michael (Jessie-Erland) Prindiville and their kids McKinzie, Sadie and Maggie and daughter Cashell Kay (Jeffrey) Prindiville-Ziska and their kids Jeffrey, Lexie and Ava Ziska.

Things change, people change and stories change and Curtis brings in 3 more children from his ex-wife Kim Harshman; Nakesha, Rylee and Jayden Prindiville (Grandchildren-Ashlyn Paroubek, Xavier & Brynlee (Abby Haas). As well as gaining a step daughter Brittaney (Jasiel and Delilah).

After many years out on his own and dealing with Life and Health issues, he found his way back to Sean and Cashell and began rebuilding our relationship and finding ways to let go of the past and make memories to be able to share in the future.

Enjoying life with his family and many, many friends (a special thank you for all you did for Curt-Sherry Cornel, Ron and Robin (Walker)Warren of Eau Claire, Wisconsin) is something that he always cherished. He also found an amazing friend thru all his struggles and pain that didn't just end as friends but as brothers, (Chuck and Karla Lingen of Ladysmith, Wisconsin).

Making memories in the last years is something Papa Curt lived for and after being told it was his time to start dialysis, he told them… "not till after I walk my daughter down the aisle."

That journey took a toll on him and after months of trying, he decided he was done. Completing dialysis up until the family trip he was looking forward to started in Nashville Tennessee and then ended relaxing in Gatlinburg in the Great Smokey Mountains.

Being content with the conversation he had with his "bud", Curtis peacefully went to sleep and was set free to be with the spirits of the loved ones that have left this earth and to finally be set free of all the pain and misery.

Curtis passed in the early morning of June 9th, 2023, one day before his 55th birthday.

Being happy with the last thing he accomplished, which was getting his family on our first family trip. "Lives are like rivers: Eventually they go where they must. Not where we want them to." -Richard Russo

You will be missed every second, of every minute, of every day and maybe one day we will find relief, even if it takes forever that you have been set free.

Rest easy daddy!

Love always, your "bud" & "baby girl"
