David J "Kindy" Kinderman, 81, Hallie, WI, passed away peacefully Feb. 10 at Our House Memory Care in Chippewa Falls.
David was born on May 12, 1943, to Ed "Pete" and Lorna (Stoll) Kinderman. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Air Force and became an aerospace ground equipment operator from 1962-1966. David then was a Lieutenant at Eau Claire Fire and Rescue before retiring in 1993 after 25 years of service.
He enjoyed watching sports, fishing, golfing, playing cards, cocktails and a slot machine or two.
David is survived by his three children, Scott Kinderman, Becky Glenz, and Carlo (Jessica) Kinderman; three grandchildren, Cheyanne (Jeff) Glenz, Christopher Glenz, and Kylie Southard; three brothers, Bob (Sally) Kinderman, Terry (Bobbie) Kinderman, and Howard (Kristine) Kinderman; and by nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26 from 12–3 p.m. at Chippewa Valley Cremation Services - Celebration of Life Center, 1717 Devney Dr., Altoona.
