John "Jack" A. Burns

December 18, 1974 - August 26, 2025

John "Jack" A. Burns, Jr., 50, of Boyd, WI died Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at Hopes and Dreams Adult Family Home in Boyd.

Jack was born December 18, 1974 in Chicago, IL, the son of John and Theresa (Kissel) Burns, Sr.

Jack is survived by his mother, Theresa Burns; and two brothers, Matthew Burns of Illinois and David Burns of Chippewa Falls.

Jack was preceded in death by his father, John Burns, Sr.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 4th at the Horan Funeral Home in Chippewa Falls. Deacon Dan Rider will be officiating. Interment will be in Hope Cemetery in Chippewa Falls.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 4th at the funeral home.

Jack's family would like to thank Hopes and Dreams, The Arc Eau Claire, Grace Adult Day Services, Lutheran Social Services and Mayo Clinic Hospice for their care and support of Jack.
