Randy Staves Obituary
Randy J. Staves, age 57, died June 6, 2025, at Dove West in Eau Claire, WI. Randy was born on April 7, 1968, in Chippewa Falls, WI to Kathleen (Swanson) Staves & Roland Staves. Randy spent his childhood in Chippewa Falls, WI, residing with his mother until her health declined. He then moved to Cornell, WI, and Bruce AFH helped support him for many years. After Randy's health declined, he moved to Eau Claire, WI, and Forward Living AFH continued to support him until 2021. Randy then moved to Dove Health and passed away with the support of Mayo Hospice and Dove West care providers.
He is survived by his sister, Roxanne, along with many friends and care providers. He is preceded in death by his parents. A special thank you to the people at Bruce AFH; Forward Living AFH; The Arc Eau Claire, Inc., Inclusa, Dove West and Mayo Hospice for their care and support of Randy. He will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of working with him and being part of his life.
Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer is in charge of arrangements with a graveside service at Tillinghast Cemetery in the town of Sampson on Friday, June 20, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
