Rita Guden Obituary

Rita C. Guden, 84, of Chippewa Falls, died Tuesday, February 25 at The Sycamore of River Falls.

Rita was born May 27, 1940, in Stratford, WI, the daughter of Clarence and Fern (Aschenbrenner) Wesslen. On September 24, 1960, Rita married Kenneth Guden in Athens, WI.

Rita is survived by three sons, Edward of Collierville, TN, Jonathan of Rosemount, MN and Matthew of Unicoi, TN; three daughters, Karen Bugar of River Falls, WI, Elaine McNamara of Goodlettsville, TN and Leslie Guden of White House, TN; two sisters, Mary (Joy) Cantwell of Fishers, IN and Sara Schultz of Waunakee, WI; 10 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Rita was preceded in death by her husband, Ken; her son-in-law, Bryan Kortness; her sister, Ann Kaiser; and her parents.

Funeral services will be held at noon Saturday, March 8 at Notre Dame Church in Chippewa Falls. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Chippewa Falls.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of services at noon. on Saturday, March 8 at the church.
