NOAH BRYANT Obituary

NOAH JASON BRYANT Noah Jason Bryant, 22, of Leavenworth passed away, Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at North Kansas City Hospital. Born January 11, 2002, in Kansas City, Kan., he was the cherished son of Virgil D. and Michele Rene (Edwards) Bryant. Noah had the gift of making everyone around him feel special. His imagination reached beyond the realms of this world, and his charm and charisma were undeniable. Fiercely loving to his family and loyal to his friends, Noah opened his arms to anyone in need. He was particularly admired by his younger cousins. Recently, Noah became a middle school teacher at Richard Warren Middle School, where he quickly became a positive influence. His hobbies and passions included music, cars, food, friends, and travel. He was also known for being the best storyteller. Noah left a lasting mark by becoming an organ donor when he renewed his license this year. Because of his generosity, seven lives were saved, and seven families were forever changed. Through his choice, countless lives were touched. Noah lived life his way and, even in tragedy, managed to save and bless the lives of many. He is survived by his loving parents, Virgil and Michele Bryant; his siblings, Grace Elizabeth Bryant and Bennett Michael Bryant, all of Leavenworth; his maternal grandparents, Jim and Theresa Wiggin and Harvey and Veronica Edwards; his paternal grandparents, Sam and Linda Bryant; his aunts, Christy (Cam) McKee, Rebecca (Eric) French, Lauren (Louis) Novak, Jessica Edwards, and Rachel (Wiggin) Gagnon; his uncles, Jason (Tessa) Wiggin, Sam Bryant, Shawn Bryant, and Harvey III (Rebecca) Edwards; and his cousins, Tyler McKee, Jordynn (Leroy) Dickerson, Brady McKee, Olivia McKee, Jeffrey and Caiden Wiggin, Hunter French, Carter, Henry, Reese and Leo Novak, Zoe, Rowan, Grayson, Ellis, Ava and Atticus Wiggin, Sam, Alina, Amira, Sarai and Micah Bryant, Conley Edwards, and Nolan and Jullian Richmond. He is also survived by his best friends, Nick Pappas, Jay Lewis, Evan Guzman, Colin Goodman, Kyle McGuire, Christopher Macan and Evan Springer. Noah was preceded in death by his uncle, Jeff Wiggin. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, May 27, 2024, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1020 Limit St., Leavenworth, Kan. A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the church. Burial will follow at Mt. Muncie Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to The Noah Jason Bryant Memorial Fund, payable by check or venmo. Noah will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family, friends and all those whose lives he touched.

I didn´t know Noah very well, but one of my best memories with him was when I went to Uncle Cam and Aunt Christy´s house for a sleepover and Noah was there with Brayden. Him and Brady just came to say hi. Noah said to me "Hey Aliza, I don´t know if you remember me but I´m their cousin (Olivia and Brayden) Noah." I said, "Hi Noah, I think I remember you (I was like 11 at the time)". He proceeded to smile at me and handed me a $2 bill saying, "here´s a little gift for you". Ever since that day I have kept that $2 bill in my phone case, remembering that act of kindness that someone I barely knew showed me.
