Chad leaves behind his mother and father; grandmother, Virginia Ann Gaither; baby sister Tiara; twin sisters, Hannah and Beth Kenney; sons, Trey Devante Kane Gaither, son of Kelly Heifner, Zion Chadrick Covonis Gaither and Ezekiel ""Zeke"" John Merrill Gaither, sons of Megan Logsdon, Chase Covonis Gaither, son of Jennifer Nattkemper, Kymburland Comer, son of Zipporah Jael Cusic; daughters, Courtlyn Paige (LJay) Silvestri, daughter of Vickie Corbin, Selena McKenzie Rose Luckett, daughter of Connie Patterson, Chelsey Elayne Galloway, daughter of Charity Galloway, Maliyah Kinley and Aubrey Makenna, daughters of Brittany Parkerson, and Na'maya ""Mya"" Jolea Mattingly, daughter of Jessica Mattingly; papa leaves behind grandchildren, Elijah, Aria, Liam; Chad also leaves behind a special friend, Jennifer Spalding, and fur baby, Pele.
A legend of his art, Chad has left his mark on many hearts. His smile was contagious and his fury uncontained. He lived life with passion; and those legends are never forgotten. The blue of his eyes now paints the skies as he shines down on us all. He will forever be loved and tremendously missed for the God-fearing man, son, grandson, brother, father, uncle, papa, cousin, and friend that he was.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, with burial in St. Augustine Cemetery. Rev. Richard Buckler officiated.
Campbell-Fisher Funeral Home, Lebanon, was in charge of arrangements.
