I still have a picture of Me and him and Chris Morgan in English class acting a fool as always. He definitley was one of the funniest folks I've ever known and I heard from a coworker about his passing a while back and it brought me to tears. I've known him for quite a while and to this day i still look at that picture i have and I know he's in a better place and remember the laughs that my homie provided.

Well here I am almost a year later. Words can not explain how much I miss talking to you. I know I would fuss more about our little girl but I can honestly say that we both miss you. I just heard the news about Tony thru my classmate and one of my closest friends Tamiko Holt and I have to say my heart goes out to the Starr family. I am a dear friend of Veronica and though I havent spoken to her in years, I can only imagine what she is going through. The family is in my prayers for strength.

First may God bless the entire Starr family for the loss of a outspoken, energetic family member. I grew up with "Ralo" throughout my junior high, and highschool years at Shaw. Tony always called Larry "PA", and once I was introduce to Tony I became "Ma". We often had lunch together and became good friends. Tony was a great young man and we both will miss him dearly. I have known Tony since I was a lil girl. Our families were and are still close. I remember him teaching me and Felice dances for our elementary talent show. I remember him being so silly and always making me laugh. I miss him and will never forget his sense of humor. I know he is in a better place and is watching down on us.

Tony was someone who kept me laughing, quick to pick up the tab after we used to shoot ball together, me him and brock everyday after school. I could say a lot more but those who knew him knew who he was as a person. He could def make everybody in the room laugh, I know yall remember his laugh!
