I am a new Harley rider and have heard stories of Mr. Bill Nelson. I am sorry that I will not have the honor of riding with a such a distinguished gentleman who not only served this great country, but it sounds like he served his family and community with honor also. He will certainly be missed.

Junior, I'm so sorry to hear about your father. I only just heard tonight from a mutual friend. I never met him but if his son is any indication of his legacy, I have no doubt he will be sorely missed by his family and friends.

Mr. Bill had a great outlook on life. I seen him at the HD, right after his 80th birthday and I asked him the secret to his full and busy life. He said "don't ever stop or it is over". His words have and will remain with. I can only wish the best to the family of such a great man.

Bill was one of the sweetest, nicest men I've known. He always had a 'racy' joke ready for when we saw each other. My husband and I along with our boys always enjoyed his company. We miss him.
