I met Dee Dee through a mutual friend ten years ago. She always had the biggest smile on her face...a smile that will be missed! I pray for her family, but be assured she is in a better place and smiling down on us. The last time I saw Dee Dee she was still smiling that glorious smile. I will always remember the good times we had, the laughter. I remember the boys when they were so young. She truly loved them and it showed. My daughter Carmen and her son Randy were good friends in high school (unbeknownst to me at the time). God bless you all. Love you and miss you Dee Dee.

To the family of Dee Dee - She was a very beautiful person - always smiling - I met Dee Dee at Childcare Network when my daughter was just a toddler and then she was placed in the class with Ms Dee Dee...my daughter always enjoyed being around her...even after my daughter started school...I would see Dee Dee and she always asked how my daughter was doing - Dee Dee will truly, truly be missed - her smile and her caring ways. May God continue to comfort her family and know that he's sheltering her in the palm of his hand.

I met Dee-Dee years ago thru our friend Denise. We connected instantly, because of our names. When we would all be together, Denise would have to call us my our cities. Dee-Dee was a joy to know. I can not recall a time I didn't see a smile. May the lord be with the family and friends of Dee-Dee in your time of sorrow. Please remember, God will only give you as much pain as you can handle. God Bless You!!!!!!

TO THE FAMILY OF MS. DEE-DEE..WORDS ALONE CANNOT EXPRESS MY SORROW. IT IS A BLESSING TO KNOW THAT ONE IS WITH THE LORD AND I CAN TRULY SAY THAT MS.DEE-DEE IS AMONG THE LIVING SAINTS OF THE LORD. SHE WAS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PERSON INSIDE AND OUT. I FIRST MET HER WHEN MY DAUGHTER (DENEYSHA) BEGAN GOING TO CHILDCARE NETWORK, MS DEE-DEE ALWAYS HAD A SMILE AND KIND WORDS TO SAY TO EVERYONE THAT SHE CAME INTO CONTACT WITH. AROUND HER NOONE WAS A STRANGER. TO HER FAMILY BE STRONG AND KNOW THAT THE WILL OF GOD MUST BE DONE, AND ALSO KNOW THAT HE PICKS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS FOR HIS GARDEN. HE LOANED HER TO EARTH FOR JUST A WHILE KNOWING ALL ALONG THAT SHE HAD TO RETURN TO HEAVEN TO SHARE HER SMILE.

DeeDee, we met when we only 12 yrs. old, yet I remember as if it were only yesterday. We became the best of friends, not knowing that it would last a lifetime. We saw our children grow together and we were there for each other through good and bad times. As I write this note of love, I can hardly control my tears. I know that you are in a better place, with no more pain, but it will take some time for me to stop hurting and the pain to go away. I love you my dear friend.

I first met Dee Dee when we were in Jr. High School, and we continued to be friends through out our high school days at Kendrick. It's sad to see the "Class of 81" has lost another classmate. Yahweh had greater plans for Dee Dee so he called her home. I remember her as having a beautiful smile and a big heart to match. To her children and the rest of her family, you were truly blessed to have had such a beautiful person touch your lives. Ps.4:7-8 Thou has put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and wine increased. I will both lay me down in peace and sleep: for thou, Yahweh, only makest me dwell in safety.

I met Dee Dee through our mutual friend Denise Carter a few years ago. I am happy to have gotten the opportunity to have met Dee Dee and shared many fond memories that will last as long as the individuals who were a part of them, and as long as the stories continue to be told. I pray that Dee Dee's family finds solace in God's Word, John 5:28, 29. Know that Dee Dee will be missed by many, and she will live on in the hearts and minds of those who knew her.

I met DeeDee in 1994 and we became very close instantly. She's known as this small but beautiful woman with a very kind heart and loving spirit. If she had it and I needed it, she gave to me and vice versa. I loved DeeDee and her kids were treated as though they were my own. My son Antonio loved to stay the night at her house, he would practically beg and plead. Her boys Sherrick and Jerrell loved to stay over at mine also. I am gonna really miss her and my prayers are with her family. I am sorry I didnt get a chance to see my friend again and share another laugh with her but I am thankful that she isnt in anymore pain. DeeDee is in Heaven looking down on us "smiling" and I know she is beautiful as ever. I love you, DeeDee Ambrose. God bless her family and friends and may she rest in peace.
