Jerry and I were in the same graduating class at Baker High School( class of 1959). We were friends in HS, but I lost contact after graduating. He was a great guy that everyone liked. I'm sure he has earned his wings. If we are lucky we will all get to see him again one day. He will be missed. Billy Smith Baker HS class of 1959.

Jerry & I attended grade school together and were in the same graduating class at Baker HS in Columbus. He was a good friend, especially during our teen years. Although we lost touch with each other after school, I have thought of him often through the years.
My sincere condolences to the family.

Our deepest regrets to Jerry's family. We are greatly sadden by his passing.
We look back with joy and pleasure having Jerry visit us in Colorado and the times that we got to spend together down South.
His warmth made everyone feel at home and his caring made you feel like you were with with everyday family or a really close friend, even if you hadn't seen each other in years.
A wonderful, remarkable person that made all of our lives richer. He will missed by all.

My deepest sympathies to Jerry's entire family. Jerry hired me in Dec. 1997 to work for Lucent. I liked him from the moment we first spoke on the phone. There was nothing he wouldn't have done for anyone. He was the best supervisor I have ever had. He will certainly be missed.
