I have been truly blessed by knowing Dr. Helen Jones. I always loved to hear her referring to the students at MLK as "her babies". To me that spoke volumes of her character and heart! She truly loved and cared for each one of those babies. She wasn't just their counselor she was their Angel. She will be missed by so many and I thank GOD that I was blessed with knowing her.

Dr Jones was my sons kindergarten teacher at Waddell. We loved her so much that we begged her to transfer to 1st grade at the end of the year. Any child lucky enough to come across her was treated with respect, dignity and showered with love. She would be thrilled to know that now my son's daughter is in Kindergarten at Waddell and we talk about her all the time. God speed Dr Jones Heaven just got brighter.
