Ellerslie, GA- Henry "Clyde" Moody, Jr., 45, of Ellerslie, GA died Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at The Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held 3:00PM Friday, July 29, 2011 at St. Nicholas Episcopal Church 69 Mobley Rd. Hamilton, GA 31811 with The Reverend Jeff Jackson officiating according to McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mr. Moody was born September 8, 1965 in Decatur, GA. He was a Computer Systems Analyst for SAIC, Ft. Benning. He liked to talk on his HAM radio, play the guitar with his son, work on computers, and cook.
Survivors include his wife, Michelle Moody of Ellerslie, GA, son, Sean Moody of Ellerslie, GA, step-son, Wesley Brown of Lancaster, OH, his father, Henry Clyde Moody, Sr. and his wife, Jimmie of Douglasville, GA, his mother, Elaine C. Payne and her husband, Larry of Cataula, GA, brother, Paul Payne and his wife, Brandi of Ellerslie, GA, and nephew, Thomas Payne of Ellerslie, GA.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to St. Nicholas Episcopal Church.

Elaine, Larry, Paul, Brandi, Thomas, Sean, and Michelle.
My heart is broken. It will never be the same. Prayer and the closeness of our Lord and Savior will get us through this. I have accepted Jesus as my savior and am looking forward to Heaven and seeing Clyde again knowing that he had accepted Jesus as his savior too Looking forward to a great reunion in the sky.

The unexpected loss of a loved one is a difficult burden to experience. During these times it is difficult to remember that our loved one is at a better and peaceful place with our Lord, when our mind is focused on the loss.
