Pop, I love you! You are the greatist, kindest most gentle man man I have ever known. Your gentle kindness and endless heart touched everyone that met you. You believed in me sometimes when I didnt believe in myself. I am blessed to be married to your daughter. You took me in as your son and you will live on in my heart and the hearts of those blessed to have known you. All days with you were high show days. One day we will be together again at show center.

"Mr Jim" will forever remain in the hearts of every Thunderbird who ever had the honor of meeting him. He is a hero, a gentleman and a true American.
His name will live on in the halls of the Thunderbird hangar as our No. 1 biggest fan.
My family's thoughts and prayers are with his entire family. May God bless you all

Candy loved her Daddy. I feel like I know him myself because of how much and how fondly she talked of him. I know that he was a good father and he will be missed. His memories will live and shape her life.

Dear Candy and Family,
Just want you to know that we are thinking about you and our thoughts are prayers are with you at this difficult time. Candy has been my very best friend since we were children and although I only met Mr. Jim on few special occasions, I know how special he was to all of you and how much Candy talked of him daily. I know he will be missed. Please find comfort in the Lord at this time and know that we will always take care of you Candy.
I love you,
Rhonda and Family
