Columbus, GA- Jerry L. Dugard, Sr., 69, of Columbus, GA died Sunday, October 11, 2015 at Gentiva Hospice.
A memorial service will be held at a later date according to McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mr. Dugard was born July 26, 1946 in Opelika, AL son of the late George Alvie and Inella Ruth Snell Dugard-Dowd. He worked as a mechanic for Fieldcrest Mills. He loved to hunt, fish, loved life, camping and was an avid outdoorsman.
Survivors include his loving wife, Brenda Grimes Dugard of Columbus, GA, son, Jerry L. Dugard, Jr. of Columbus, GA, daughter, Sherri Michelle Dugard Hickman, grandchildren, Kristen Ann Hickman and Corey Michael Hickman all of Boise, ID, sister, Judy Dugard Wood of Alexander City, AL, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Gentiva Hospice 100 Brookstone Centre Parkway Columbus, GA 31904.
