So many memories of childhood next door to the Shumans. We were playmates for quite a few years until my Dad was sent to NY.

Uncle Jack was a wonderful man, and the whole Lyche family will miss him terribly.I have some wonderful memories of Thanksgiving dinners. He always gave the most eloquent graces, he was a joy to listen to. He was an intellectual, but never made me feel as if I knew less than he did. He supported me in all my efforts and I will never, ever forget what a kind and thoughtful man my Uncle Jack was.

While I only met Jack in person once, I had the privledge of doing business with him regularly for the last twelve years. I am sure that I am not the only one in that position who can truly say that Jack was a great friend and mentor. I will miss him greatly.
