I considered Hatcher as one of my very best friends.During my sophmore year at Hardaway,he and I would make total fools of ourselves during lunch.Hatcher always knew how to make me laugh and smile. His jovial attitude was truly contagious.Hatcher has truly left a legacy that will live forever.I rest in knowing that he is in a better place and I will see him again someday.

I think heaven was missing an angel and they needed you. Your earthly work here was completed and God needed you to complete wonderous duties in heaven. Your story touched me in so many ways. I pray for your family's strength and your peaceful journey. When the sun shines (extra) brightly, we will know you are smiling from up above. Be blessed and may God richly bless you and your loved ones.

Hatch was a good kid. We met my senior year and found out we had a lot in common. We always found a way to speak to each other in the halls even if we just said hello. May God be with you and your family.

I remember when Jonathan was a little boy and used to come over to play with Jenny. He was so cute, and he grew up to be an exceptional young man! His boundaries have now increased to Heaven where we will see him again. Until then, the good Lord has blessed us with memories of his sweet smile and bright countenance. May God bless and comfort you always!

Hatcher was a friend of my daughter. I only met him once, but that one time left a lasting impression on me that I will remember the rest of my life. I went to dinner with a group of teenagers after a football game last year. Before we ate, Hatcher had everyone join hands and he said the blessing. This is not something you witness often in a group of young people, but that was just the type of person he was. I hardly knew him, but was blessed to have met him. My prayers are with your family.

Jonathan’s gift was making folks smile. His intelligence made it a pleasure to have him as a student. His quick wit and awesome sense of humor made it fun to have him in my class. And, his kind and caring heart inspired me.

Though I am deeply saddened that this charismatic young man had such a short time to leave his mark on the world, my soul is uplifted by the profound positive influence he was during the time that he had.

My prayer is that you will feel the comfort of God’s presence during this difficult time.
