Happy Birthday Hun! I know it has been 8 yrs since your passing but I still miss you (so much) even to this day!! I SO wish you had been able to meet my little Princess Sara (born May 19 2008) before you left this world. She is beautiful inside and out and she is a little spit fire! You would adore her spunk! :-)

I have no words... I have been gone from the area for so long that I have lost contact with many of my old friends. My memories of Josh start many years ago in school and they kept going even years after we left high school. I just found out about what happened with Josh and I can't help but think back to the years that I've known him. There isn't a time that I don't remember seeing him smile. His laughter and his ability to be just a good human being is something that will forever stand out in my mind. I am deeply sorry for your families loss. I know that there is a Huge Josh sized hole in everyone's life that knew him. I know that I will meet him again one day and I am lookng foward to seeing him smile and hearing him laugh once again. I wish I had been around to be at his memorial.

It still doesn't seem like you could really be gone. When I think of us at the beach and see your smiling face I am reminded of the good times in our childhood and the little brother I never had. Josh was a bright light in this world. My husband and I met hin back in October of this year , and he rejuvinated our lust for youth and life. He was an incrediblr young man , and his death comes as both a shock and a sorrow to me. Josh was a great guy in high school. I remembered he was always laughing and he was just plain nice. It just doesn't feel right that another one of us is gone. We haven't even had a chance to see everyone at a real reunion yet. UGH! Lord please cover the family in your strength and let them take comfort in knowing that Josh isn't but a memory away and he is laughing it up with you now waiting on the rest of us to join him.

I'm not sure where to start or how to put into words what I'm feeling. You and I shared so much, from long rehearsals to long trips to debate tournaments to the infamous ski trip. :) You taught me so much about life and did it with grace and integrity. You always smiled, even when you didn't want to. When my world was upside down, you swooped in to make it right. You had an amazing soul and such a wonderful spirit. My heart is broken right now. Ms. Glenda, what can I say that hasn't been said already? He was amazing, one of a kind and that can be credited to you. Thank you for giving us all such a wonderful man and for giving him such a great smile! The world lost a great person. I love you Josh. Thanks for everything. I cherish you!!! I miss you!! We had your memorial yesterday...it was beautiful. As you saw you have a lot of friends. (think you already knew that) People who truely love you and were sadden by our lose. I am so glad to have the memories of high school with you. You have three beautiful children to carry on your memory. Josh, you was more than just a friend. You was more like a brother to me. We knew we could always count on the other one being there, all we had to do was pick up the phone and call. No matter what time of day or night it was. The memories we had working together at Boneheads will forever live in my heart. And the memories we had aside from there as well. We first met back in Auburn in 99 and had a awesome friendship from that point forward that turned into more of a brotherhood than just friends. I thank god we was given that one last night of hanging out and having the great time we always did when doing so. Before god decided it was time to call you home.
