Lisa,
It's been a year but I swear it feels like you just left us yesterday. The pain just won't seem to go away. I look at your pictures everyday. I have one as my screen saver at work and one on my mirror at home from a Christmas party we had a few years ago. Yesterday was the 4th of July that was the last time I saw you a year ago. Nothing is the same without you here. When we had family gatherings you were always there now it just seems like a void not hearing you speak to everyone. You were always so sweet and cheerful that you made everybody's day. I know you're in a better place but I can't help it maybe I'm selfish but I wish you were here with us. But we will meet again till then I love you, I miss you and you will never be forgotten.

"Let not your heart be troubled: ye who believe in God, believe also in ME."

When I rose this morning, immediately, I thought of Lisa and the fact that she went home to be with the Lord on this day, July 5th a year ago.

I am sure that even though her presence is not with us, please know her LOVE and great memories will last forever.

With all Our Love,

I want to say I am truly sorry for your loss. Lisa and I went to RoseHill Elementary School together. She is the type of person that you can never forget. Years passed but we would always run into each other and it would be as if nothing changed we could conversate from now on. Lisa was one of the most sweetest people I have ever knew. It just breaks my heart that she is gone. I just want the Manuel and Evans family as well as all of her friends to know that I am praying for you and that she is already being missed more than ever may god bless you and keep you ..

I would first like to express my condolences to the Manuel Family, Evans Family, Davis Family and other relatives.

Lisa was indeed a beautiful lady both inside and out. I've known Lisa since we where teenagers in high school. She was a peaceful and angelic person who only spoke kind words. She later became one of my mother's favorite and best clients. Lisa always kept a smile on her face no matter what the ordeal was. Lisa lived life to the fullest and was always a pleasure to be her around. Although we will all miss Lisa's sweet spirit and warm personality, her memories will live on through the smiles and essence of her precious little ones, Jelisa and Tyrone,Jr.

Lisa, you will truly be missed.

To: The Manual,Davis, Evans Families

From: Renee, Lisa"s Hairstylist

Lisa was truly a very sweet, beautiful, and peaceful person, who saw no evil and spoke no evil of the people around her. She always kept a child like mannerism whenever I would introduce her to a new hairstyle, she would wear it if she liked it or not. I could always tell if she liked the style, her face would light up and she would have the greatest smile or if she didn't like the style she would not comment or say that she didn't like her style, she would just wear the style gracefully and give me her comments when she returned on her next visit or she would say, "Naye I got a lot of complements on my hair let's do that style again". I could try any hairstyle on Lisa's hair because she was just that type of person (very pleasing personality). She was my great model for "HAIRSTYLES", she had great hair for any style. About twelve years ago, Lisa went as my model to the Alabama State Board of Cosomotology with me get my Cosomotology License. Lisa was a great person who will truly be missed. So families, KEEP THE FAITH, TRUST GOD, AND MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL. Renee Lyles

During the past few months that I've gotten to know Lisa, it didn't take long for me to see that she was truly a wonderful person, and a devoted friend. Lisa loved her family dearly, and always spoke highly of you all.

I will miss seeing her smiling face at the office, shopping, and talking on the phone.

I will miss my co-worker and friend, but I am assured that we will see her on the other side.

"But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive [and] remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words." 1 Thessalonians 4: 13-18

I feel blessed to have been given the opportunity to know Lisa. To the Evans and Manuel family let not your heart be troubled because we will see Lisa again. May God continue to Bless and Keep you.
