Dear Jean,
I was both touched and shocked that you suggested your granddaughter read my remembrances of LJW at her service...Had I known that I would have and could have added so much more about the Lisa J Wilbanks who I knew :) ... I've been thinking about her so much this past week with great fondness and regret. Fondness for her being a small part of molding me into the person I am today (finding humor in things) and regret for us only seeing one another at CHS reunions and not maintaining a better connection.

My heart breaks for you and your family and know especially this first year is going to be difficult.
With kindest regards,
Emi Brack

I'm remembering the fun we had from grades 9-12 and her - in my opinion - HIGHLY evolved sense of humor. I remember several teachers having to separate our seating arrangements.. I remember with fondness her great laugh, which sometimes her loud laugh got us in trouble! I remember her love for the Rolling Stones & Mick Jagger. I remember the very rare times she'd open up to me about her life and what she thought was wrong with it. My sadness is magnified in the fact that we lost touch after we went our separate college ways... my heart breaks for her girls, one of whom I attended a baby shower for...God bless to all who loved Lisa.
