Thank you to everyone for the thoughts and prayers for our family since Matthew left us. The outpouring of love we have received has been unbelievable. It has been almost a year and the pain is still so real! We thank God for his Grace and for friends and family to help us through. Matthew,
We miss you terribly and we will never forget you. You are in our hearts forever!

Brian and Shalain, I just heard about this terrible loss. Words cannot describe the sorrow I feel for you and your family right now. You have a tough road of recovery ahead of you, but trust in God to bring you through. Know that HE has a reason for everything, although it might not be for you to know that reason right now. Hold tightly to your children during this time, you will find they can be the best blessings through something like this. If either of you EVER need someone to talk to, we are here. I know that there is nothing anyone can say to take away the pain, but we can listen and understand and be there for you. God bless. Vangie (291-1202)

Brian, Shallain and family,
Words can not even come to let you know how much my heart goes out to you at this time. Just know that I have been praying and praying for all of you and will continue to do so. I pray that God will give you peace - the peace that comes from knowing that your sweet little Matthew is there in His arms. Love you all very much.
