Merita McDaniels White February 1, 1935- June 1, 2008 SEALE, AL— Merita McDaniels White, 73 of Seale, AL passed away Sunday, June 1, 2008 at The Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at 10:00 AM EDT at Vance Memorial Chapel, with Reverend Lewis Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Pilgrims Rest Baptist Church Cemetery #2 at 1:30 PM EDT, 12:30 CDT in Wedowee, AL. The family will receive friends this evening from 6:00-8:00 PM EDT at the funeral home. Mrs. White was born February 1, 1935 in Horry County, South Carolina, daughter of the late Hence Bullard and Frosty McDaniels. She was a homemaker and a Baptist by her faith. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Peter L. White, and a son-in-law, James Olah. She is survived by two daughters, Teresa Sanes and husband, Jackie, of Seale, AL and Regina Olah of Crawford, AL; one son, Michael Gerald and wife, Shelia, of Broken Arrow, OK; one sister; two brothers; 13 grandchildren, Joshua, James, Jacob, Danielle, Jackie E., Jason, James M., Chris, Jeff, Kyle, Melissa, Amy and Brad; six great grandchildren; many loving friends and other family members.
