Columbus,, Georgia- Michael Wynn Patrick, II, 30, of Columbus, GA died Sunday, June 10, 2012 at his residence.
Graveside service will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, June 15, 2012 in Parkhill Cemetery with Dr. Bill Purvis officiating according to Striffler - Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA.
Mr. Patrick was born October 20, 1981 in Columbus, GA the son of Michael Wynn Patrick and Jane Johnston Patrick. He was a lifelong resident of Columbus and attended Cascade Hills Church.
Survivors include his parents, Michael Wynn Patrick and Jane Johnston Patrick; maternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Issac Johnston, Jr.; uncles and aunts, Carl and Libby Patrick, Rusty and Vicki Johnston, and Pam Quillian; four cousins, Alex Patrick, Chaz Johnston, Leslie Lupton, and Phillip Lawler.
Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to Paws Humane, 4900 Milgan Road, Columbus, GA 31907.

We are so bereaved at your loss. You're not alone, we are thinking of you and wishing some sunshine your way. We give you comfort and support, you will see your loving son Wynn again.
We want to express our deep sadness at this tragedy. The enormity of your loss just can't be overestimated. Both of you are in our thoughts and prayers.
This week is the first anniversary of Wynn's passing, June 10, 2012. We honor and remember awesome Wynn. We are reaching out to you for always being upbeat and always in good spirits when you invited my son Bif to play.
As very young boys our happy sons bonded. You gave hospitality to my son in your home, at the pool, on the river, and in the country. Thanks for being so kind and thanks for your family's friendship and all the fun times my son enjoyed with your precious son Wynn.
We celebrate Wynn's wonderful life and friendship. I will never forget Wynn's boyish smile. I think of Wynn every time I think of a zip-line.
He could fly across the line and jump into the water so fast. Wynn was amazingly athletic, a bundle of energy and a computer whiz. Thinking of that area/neighborhood reminded me of Wynn, and just the thought of him made me feel good.
You gave Wynn and my son many years of happiest childhood memories. Wynn will never be forgotten by Bif and our whole family.
Wynn's friendship with my son gave Bif treasured memories of fun times with Wynn as far back as he can remember. Wynn is his very earliest memory. Thank you and we love you as our family.

I sas so sadened when I heard the news of Wynn's passing. I had the pleasure of fishing with him in Alaska, working with him at Carmike and hanging out with him in Las Vegas. He was a fine young man. You are in my prayers.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I taught Wynn at Hardaway and remember the first day his mother brought him to my classroom to see if he could take a computer class or if he would be too far behind. Of course, he whizzed right through it, as he did on anything to do with computers.
I also remember how he and his friends would often come back on Mondays and tell me about their weekends - paintball, the river, getting 2 or 3 shopping carts of groceries just for themselves! They had so much fun and were so full of life and enthusiasm.
I know you have many happy and joyous memories of Wynn. Thank you for sharing him with us.

My prayers are with you during this saddest of times. I lost my son, Todd, in 2008 and it is the hardest thing to have to go through. On the other hand it is comforting to have the assurance of knowing where he is and Who he is with now. Thank the Lord he was a Christian. You will miss him every day but the Lord and time will soften and ease your hurt.
