My deepest sympathy to the friends and family of Otis Overby. He was a wonderful man who will be dearly missed by all who knew him. I knew him from the Accounting Dept. with the city, and the last time I spoke with him we talked about his grandchildren, and how special they were to him. He was a special man who became your friend the moment you met him.

To the Overby Family: My prayers and thoughts are with you at this time. Otis was truly an honorable man and a friend to those of us at the City. During one of his visits to the Purchasing Office last week, Otis and I talked about business; but we also talked about his grandkids and, of all things, the rising cost of gas. I will miss his jovial smile and his happy "whatever it takes to get it done" attitude. God Bless You.

We extend our deepest sympathy to the family of Otis Overby.

Barbara and I have fond memories of the fun days and hard work we enjoyed with Otis trying to keep Georgia Office Products Association strong; also my serving with him as a trustee: never an unkind word.

I recall our recent trip to Warner Robins and how much it meant to me to serve along with him.

God sent some men with character, love and devotion - Otis' life reflects all of this.

May God give your family strength at this time.

Sincerely,

Earl Gammage
