Funeral services will be 11:00 AM EST Monday, June 22, 2009 at Gethsemane Church, Ft. Mitchell, AL with Elder David Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in Community Cemetery, Phenix City, AL. Mr. Sanders was born September 24, 1979 in Detroit, MI to Connie Latulas Conner of Columbus, GA and the late Namon Sanders. He was a machine operator and a member of Garden of Gethsemane in Ft. Mitchell, AL. He was educated in the Phenix City public school district and received his diploma from the United States Job Corps. Survivors other than his mother include two brothers, Elder David (Quintina) Sanders, Ashland, VA and Namon Sanders, Detroit, MI; two sisters, Pamala (Carl) Craig, Detroit, MI and Latanya (Wendel) Crum, Ewing, Dallas, GA; grandparents, David and Jessie Avery, Ft. Mitchell, AL and Namon and Freddie Sanders, Las Vegas, NV; godfather, Northern James, Detroit, MI; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and friends.
