Virgil Toland Obituary

Virgil "Keith" Toland October 25, 1952 - June 25, 2007 MAUK, GA- Virgil "Keith" Toland, 54, died Monday, June 25, 2007 at St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, GA. A visitation will be held at Tante Funeral Home in Buena Vista, GA, Wednesday, June 27, from 6 to 8 PM. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Mr. Toland was born October 25, 1952 in Juliette, GA to Alfred Collier and Willie Mae Rittenberry Toland. He was preceded in death by his parents and by two brothers, Ronald Toland and Danny Toland. He moved to Mauk from Columbus, GA and had lived in the area for 15 years. He is survived by his wife Carolyn Russell Toland; his son Donnie Dwayne Toland and wife Samantha of Phenix City, AL; two daughters Brandy Toland and Tanya Amanda Haas and husband James, all of Mauk; his brother Randy Toland of Columbus, GA; two sisters Deloris Patton of Gulfport, MS and Maebell Napier of Jacksonville, FL; ten grandchildren: Dustin, Cody, Joseph, Jacob, Blake, Donnie, Amanda, Robbie, Taylor and Hayley; and numerous nieces and nephews. Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista is in charge of arrangements.

My deepest sympathy's goes out to Keith and his family from me and mine. I'd known Keith for a long time,his brother ronald was a good friend of mine through out our childhood in North Highland.May the lord comfort keith's family during this time of greivig for their loss.Keith was a good man and friend.we'll all miss him dearly.
