Andrew M. Linn

1925 - 2017

LEXINGTON, Massachusetts – Andrew M. Linn, 92, a former resident of Peterborough, passed away in Lexington on October 19, 2017. In his 21 years in Peterborough, Andy was active in the Historical Society, the Monadnock Area Transitional Shelter, the Monadnock Area Food Bank, Monadnock Friends Meeting, and local Boy Scout troops.

He was the husband of Janet (Denithorne) Linn of Lexington, Massachusetts; father of Rebecca Linn and her late husband, James Rebhorn, of South Orange, New Jersey; Martha Brewer and her husband, Charles Brewer, of Franklin, Massachusetts; and Charles Linn and his husband, Ronald Coons, of West Hartford, Connecticut. Andy is also survived by two granddaughters, Emma Rebhorn and Hannah Rebhorn (and her husband, Matthew Chiarello).

A Memorial Meeting for Worship will be held at Friends Meeting at Cambridge (MA) at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, Andy requested that donations be made to a worthy cause, such as the American Friends Service Committee, afsc.org.
