Kenneth Rathbun Obituary

Kenneth Rathbun

New Ipswich, NH - Kenneth A Rathbun, husband to Catherine (Lussier) Rathbun and father to Kenneth A Rathbun Jr. passed early on January 27, 2026.

He was a loving, loyal, thoughtful, and kind man. A wonderful husband, father, son, and brother. A dog whisperer. Though he was not a religious man, he exemplified what it means to be a good person and he did God's work in every deed; the truest measure of a good man. Though faith tells us we'll one day be reunited, he will be missed. He suffers, no longer.

Born to Charles and Eleanor (Martin) Rathbun, May 30, 1956, he is survived by brothers/sister Chuck, Mike, and Kelly. In-laws and family, Gay and Kathleen Rathbun as well as Robert and Richard Lussier, Thomas Hasdorff and Kelly Snell. Nieces/nephews, Rebecca, Luke, Heather, Jeremy, and Gillian. As well as Brandon. As well as many other family members and friends whom he loved dearly.

"On a cold and wintery day, my love, the wind blew and you went away...

You left my heart warm... on a cold and wintery day."

- Catherine Rathbun
