Laura Ann Plourde

1942 - 2016

Milford -- Laura Ann ( Donnelly) Plourde, born in 1942 in Boston, Mass. to the late Frederick Donnelly and Marie (St. Pierre) Donnelly, and a long time resident of Milford, passed into the Lord's hands on June 12, 2016, surrounded by family. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Roger Joseph Plourde; two daughters, Julie Keane, wife of Thomas Keane, of Allenstown, N.H.; Laura Carl, wife of Michael Carl of Milford, and four sons: Mark Plourde, companion of Bruce Fontaine of Lowell, Mass.; Scott Plourde, husband of Karen Plourde of Bennington; Shawn Plourde, husband of Jennifer Plourde of Hancock; James Plourde, husband of Ginni Plourde of Greenfield. She is also survived by 15 grand-children: Todd Plourde, Nicholas Carl, Nichole Macone, Michelle Macone, Callie Plourde, Emma Johnson, Heather Rosa, Amanda Alphonse, Christopher Plourde, Jack Plourde, Madelynn Plourde, Mollie Wessells, John Plourde, Tonya Peterson and Tara Keane. As well as 14 great grandchildren: Mason, Landon, Layla, Emma Rose, Addison, Sophia, Isabelle, Sarah, Sage, Declan, Keagan, Bella and Liam. She loved to entertain and visit with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also loved the beach and her dogs. She was especially fond of decorating and celebrating the holidays with family and friends. Services: There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at Mathew's Memorial Church, at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2016. 128 Gorham Street, Chelmsford, Mass. with internment immediately to follow at Westlawn Cemetary, Lowell, Mass.
