I can't believe you are gone, it happened so fast. I miss your love and support and treasure all your words of advice and clarity. You are my hero. I will miss you forever. There is some solace knowing that you are with Mom. It is where you wanted to be.

We are all very sorry to hear about the loss of Ron. We are going to miss talking with him and Lois as they took their walks, and we are going to miss hearing Ron's voice call for their long-time friend Arthur as each day came to a close and night fell. They were great neighbors.

Bye Dad. Love you. I'll miss our talks and hearing your voice on the phone. As a kid you always made me feel safe with nothing to worry about. Whenever we experienced a loss you always told me " the smoke stills goes up the chimney". That may be but with you gone the fire sure seems a lot colder. Miss you. Give my love to Mom.

Bye Dad. Love you. I will miss our talks and hearing your voice on the phone. As a kid you always made me feel safe and that there was nothing to worry about. You told me whenever there was a loss in our life that "the smoke still goes up the chimney". I suppose that's true but with you gone the fire seems much colder than it was. Miss you. Give my love to Mom.

Bye Dad. Love you. I will miss talking with you and hearing your booming voice on the phone. As a kid you always made me feel safe and that there was never anything to worry about. You told me whenever there was a loss "the smoke still goes up the chimney". But with you gone the fire seems much cooler than it was. Miss you. Give my love to Mom

Goodbye Dad, say hi to Mum and Arthur for me. I will miss your stories of the farm and friends and relatives, your big voice and chuckle. We will sit on the porch and look at the mountain again someday. I'll make you some grapenut pudding. Love you.
